Cerita riset baruku...

Salam.....

Dah lama saya tidak update blog ini... sempat kelupaan passwordnya sempet kelupaan nama blognya... sekarang ini diganti mejadi Pojokannya Ayu...dengan harapan dapat lebih mudah diingat dan diakses...

pengennya blog ini bisa dijadikan wadah untuk diskusi terkait dengan perkembangan psikologi industri dan organisasi serta psikometri di Indonesia....

langkah kecilnya dulu mencoba membagi apa yang telah saya lakukan dengan lingkungan kecil saya...mahasiswa dan alumni saya...

di penghujung tahun 2014 saya bersama empat mahasiswa saya fuad, dilla, atin dan atha melakukan penelitian payung tentang perumusan pengukkuran motivasi kerja dengan menggunakan teori dua faktor dari Herzberg... apa itu...nanti akan saya update infonya....demikian juga dengan hasil penelitiannya....

GREEN BEHAVIOR (REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLING - 3R) AT HOME AND AT WORKPLACE Ayu Dwi Nindyati ayu.nindyati@paramadina.ac.id


Abstract
Pro-environment behavior is not only the responsibility of environment field study itself, but also need involvement of other field study to keep the sustainability, especially if related to behavior so it will need psychology as behavior sciences. Pro-environment behavior usually known as green behavior could understand as three behavior such as reuse, reduce and recycling (3R). Sustainability of the 3R need support from surroundings include from home and workplace. The aim of this research is describing the 3R of employee behavior from some companies in Jakarta at home and work place. The home and the work place are places where respondents spent their time in their life. Research methods is using the quantitative-descriptive approach and also narrative-descriptive. Data was collected with open questioner and then analyze with statistic descriptive and narrative from 95 respondents. The research result showed that respondents said easier to conduct 3R behavior at home than at workplace. The reasons are first, the freedom and the simplicity to do it at home because they don’t have any rules like at the workplace. Second, when conduct 3R behavior at home, there were not many perceptions or views about the behavior itself and it was effect directly to family member.

  Nilai-Nilai Enterpreneur Small Medium Entrepreneur
(Studi Komparatif Pada Warung Tegal Dan Warung Padang Dengan Telaah Nilai Berdasarkan Teori Schwartz)



ABSTRAK
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah daya tahan yang kuat para entrepreneur menghadapi perubahan iklim perekonomian di Indonesia, dalam hal ini adalah para pemilik Warung Tegal dan Warung Padang. Harga yang terjangkau dibandingkan dengan rumah makan atau cafeteria menjadikan Warung Tegal dan Warung Padang sebagai pilihan konsumen. Penelitian berangkat dari asumsi tidak hanya aspek eksternal (harga yang bersaing) yang mengakibatkan Warung Tegal dan Warung Padang dapat bertahan dalam kondisi perekonomian yang mengalami krisis. Peneliti berasumsi bahwa aspek internal juga berperan, salah satunya adalah nilai-nilai yang dipegang kuat para pemiliki Warung Tegal dan Warung Padang dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep nilai  yang dikemukakan Schwartz. Schwartz menjelaskan nilai dalam level individual sebagai tujuan individu dalam memahami lingkungannya yang mengarahkan individu memilih bagaimana berperilaku, mengevaluasi dan membenarkan perilaku dan hasil evaluasi individu. Terdapat 10 nilai yaitu self-direction, stimulation, hedonism, achievement, power, security, conformity, tradition, benevolence, dan universalism. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan nilai-nilai conformity, tradition, achievement, power dan universalism yang sangat signifikan pada pemilik Warung Tegal dan Warung Padang. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan ada enam nilai yang tidak menunjukkan perbedaan nilai self-direction, stimulation, hedonism, security, dan benevolence pada pemilik Warung Tegal dan Warung Padang.

ABSTRACT
The reason of this research was the struggle of entrepreneur to adjust economic climate change in Indonesia, especially for the warung Tegal and the warung Padang owner. The affordable price than cafeteria make the warung Tegal and the warung Padang are good choice for customer. This research come up with assumption that the affordable price as external factor makes the warung Tegal and The warung Padang could survive in economic crisis. But another aspect as good as the external factors were internal factors. In this research, the internal factors were personal values. Schwartz explain the personal values as personal goal that help them to understand the environment and to guidance person to choose how to behave, evaluate and judge their behavior based on the evaluation result. Schwartz said, there were 10 values such as self-direction, stimulation, hedonism, achievement, power, security, conformity, tradition, benevolence, and universalism. The research result showed that there were differentiate of six values for the warung Tegal and the warung Padang owner, such as self-direction, stimulation, hedonism, security, dan benevolence.

 Pengaruh Resistance to Change terhadap Prestasi Belajar
 (Studi Empiris pada Mahasiswa Universitas Swasta di Jakarta)



ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji pengaruh resistance to change (RTC) dalam seting akademik, pada umumnya  RTC merupakan fenomena yang muncul di seting industri dan organisasi. Seperti halnya dalam seting industry dan organisasi, RTC diduga akan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa sebagai perwujudan dari kinerja karyawan dalam industry dan organisasi. Pendekatan RTC digunakan pendekatan Oreg (2003) yang menjelaskan RTC melalui empat dimensi yaitu short term thinking, emotional reaction to imposed change, routine seeking dan cognitive rigidity. Sedangkan prestasi belajar dalam penelitian ini digunakan nilai indeks prestasi kumulatif (IPK) pada semester berrlangsungnya penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang diajukan. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 untuk pilot study dan 70 untuk field study, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi baik analisis regresi sederhana maupun analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data menjelaskan bahwa RTC berpengaruh dengan sangat signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Semakin besar RTC mahasiswa semakin kecil prestasi belajar yang dicapai. Dengan analisis regresi berganda, diperoleh informasi bahwa dimensi short term thinking dan emotional reaction to imposed change merupakan dua dimensi yang dominan dalam membentuk RTC mahasiswa.

ABSTRACT

This research tried to access the effect of resistance to change (RTC) in an academic setting, in general, RTC was one of industrial and organizational phenomenon. As in industrial and organizational, RTC is expected to affect student’s academic performance, as employee performance in industrial and organizational setting. The approach of RTC in this research is RTC concept from Oreg (2003) that has four dimensions (short term thinking, emotional reaction to imposed change, routine seeking and cognitive rigidity). Student’s academic performance in this research is cumulative performance index (IPK). The research method approach in this research was Quantitative approach with 31 respondents for pilot study and 70 respondents for field study. The analysis data was regression analysis, both of simple and multiple regressions. The analysis result showed that the alternative hypotheses accepted, so there is effect of RTC to student’s performance academic. The multiple regressions showed that short term thinking and emotional reaction to imposed change was two dominant dimension of student’s RTC.

Personal determinant of resistance to change di Perusahaan

Abstraksi
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui variabel dari aspek personal yang mampu mempengaruhi resistance to change. Aspek-aspek personal yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah kepribadian proaktif, kecerdasan emosi dan adversity. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan yang memiliki tuntutan lingkungan tinggi, sehingga mengharuskan perusahaan untuk memiliki irama perubahan kerja yang tinggi. Setelah dianalisis, dari tiga aspek personal tersebut, variabel kepribadian proaktif tidak terbukti beperngaruh dengan signifikan pada resistance to change. Dua variabel lainnya yaitu kecerdasan emosi dan adversity, mempengaruhi resistance to change. Pengaruh yang diberikan dua aspek variabel tersebut adalah pengaruh negatif. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa kecerdasan emosi dan adversity mampu mengurangi resistance to change yang dialami oleh karyawan.

Purpose of this research was to understanding effect of personal determinants to resistance to change. Personal determinants that involved in this research were proactive personality, emotional intelligence and adversity intelligence. This research was conduct at the corporate that had strong demanding to their employees. Based on the analysis, the result were proved that proactive personality did not have direct effect to resistance to change. But two others personal determinant (emotional and adversity intelligence) show the negative direct effect to resistance to change. It’s mean that employees who have emotional and adversity intelligence could handle the change without feel resisted.

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing differences between lecturer resistance to change and administration staff resistance to change. The problems came up from the organizational change phenomenon. The resistance to change was known as individual responses to organizational change phenomenon. Subject of this research are lecturer and administration staff in one of private university in Jakarta. Resistance to change was measured by a questionnaire and analyzed by using The Mann Whitney U-test, a non parametric statistic approach. The result of this analysis showed that there was a significance difference between lecturer resistance to change and administration staff resistance to change.
